Child Safety Standards

Last Updated: July 27, 2026

Chirp Now is a community app for local residents and neighbors. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, and any behavior that harms or exploits children.

Our Standards

  • Users may not create, upload, request, distribute, promote, or link to CSAM or sexually exploitative content involving minors.
  • Users may not groom, coerce, extort, blackmail, threaten, sexualize, or solicit minors.
  • Users may not use Chirp Now to arrange illegal sexual contact, trafficking, or exploitation.
  • Users may not evade enforcement by using coded language, alternate accounts, external links, or private messages.

Prevention and Enforcement

Chirp Now uses community guidelines, reporting tools, moderation processes, and safety review workflows to help protect users. When we identify content or behavior that violates these standards, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and report to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

We review safety reports and prioritize urgent child-safety concerns. We also cooperate with valid legal requests and applicable child-safety reporting obligations.

How To Report Child Safety Concerns

  • Use the in-app report tools on messages, posts, profiles, groups, or community content.
  • Email us at support@chirpnow.co with details of the concern.
  • If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
